SwishPlay - Basketball Stats App
DESCRIPTION
SwishPlay is a fun, easy, and powerful app that allows you to track basketball stats for your kids or your favorite basketball players and/or teams!
With SwishPlay, you use a user-friendly court view to capture each play or action for your team or player(s). As you watch the game and capture the stats, the engine makes these stats available to you in real time!
FUN + EASE OF USE + POWER
You can track stats for a team as a whole, or for specific players, or a combination of both! This allows you to compare stats between player and team or between players.
Tapping on the court view allows you to capture not only the shots failed and shots made, but also the area from which they were attempted. This allows you to analyze shot distribution and performance by area!
Are you at your kid’s game and your spouse can’t be there? Use the integrated Facebook, Twitter, and Email to share your kid’s actions and current scores so your family can stay updated during the game! All this without leaving SwishPlay!
Using SwishPlay is so fun that you will be looking forward to using it again at the next game!
TEAMS
First you create the teams you want to track. These can be your kids' teams, your city team, a college team, or even a professional team!
You also create the opponent teams so you can assign them as opponent teams in games.
Assign a logo from your photo library or by taking a picture of the logo!
PLAYERS
Then you create any player for whom you wish to capture statistics during the games. You can assign a photo from your photo library or take a photo!
GAMES
You can enter the season schedule ahead of time.
The fun starts when the day of the game arrives! You start by assigning Home/Visitor and by selecting the players you will track.
TRACKING
The app captures the stat for your player, and if you are tracking the team as well, the plays are automatically aggregated to the team.
When you are tracking more than one player, you are prompted to enter the player who made the shot (or any other action). You can't miss it because the app prompts you for it!
STATS
Analyze the game summary statistics during the game or after the game has finished!
Analyze in detail all the statistics captured for your player and team! There are many charts available to you, including bar charts, line charts, and court view charts.
SHARE
Share the score and game actions with your friends and family via Facebook, Twitter or Email! This function automatically populates your Tweet with the score and last action, and while looking at stats, it also attaches the stats screen!
